Precise in every respect

The volumetric double piston dosing system DKD was developed for high capacities in margarine or fat packaging. With the in-house developed dosing principle there is no idle stroke of the dosing piston as product is dosed with piston strokes back, as well as forth.

 

In conjunction with the high-quality materials that are approved for food-related use, the fully enclosed system meets the highest hygiene requirements.

In addition, the dosing system can be equipped with a CIP system which allows fully cleaning of the entire system. Consequently, the DKD system is also suitable for products which contain protein, such as butter.

Depending on the application, the DKS system can be equipped with a pneumatic or hydraulic dosing aid. When equipped with the hydraulic dosing aid, the DKD system is also suited to meet the challenges posed by very solid products (such as low-trans margarines) or for extreme resting times.
