The 4^th generation is here

The SAB 150 is updated to meet unreached levels of ergonomics and productivity as well as the highest hygienic and safety standards.

The first machines in their newest configuration are already set into operation successfully.

Small, yet fine

The newest generation of dosing systems is equipped with an “In-Line” weight adjustment unit. This reduces the overall length of the system by up to 760mm.

Additionally the optimization of the product infeed guaranties an optimum change of product, to avoid mixed product.

Furthermore the new design with stainless steel pneumatic piping is now standardized.

We are known for high quality machines, made in Germany. For the construction of these machines we use high quality tooling machines. Our latest investment is a combined CNC-turning-milling machine of the company DMG-Gildemeister which enables us to produce complex parts within a short timeframe, especially because this machine is also fully integrated in our CAD-CAM process chain.

We would like to thank the many visitors of our fair both in Duesseldorf and their vast interest in our products.

As an example the new design with the self engineered “mood line” was perceived with great enthusiasm.
